Program/Specialty appointed JMS are not to follow the below process and are not required to upload to their performance appraisals onto the Monash Doctors portal. Please seek direction from your unit in regards to the process you will be required to complete.

The below process is for rotational HMOs only i.e. General (including Critical Care sub-stream) & surgical HMO’s as well as IMGs


It is mandatory that all rotating HMOs have an end of term assessment completed for each rotation.

Unaccredited registrars and CMOs

It is expected that all unaccredited registrars/CMOs submit one assessment form during a clinical year.

College Training Program
