My name is Ophelia and I am the co-chair of the Victorian JMO Forum this year. As the co-chair, I facilitate the communication between the PMCV and JMO Forum representatives from each hospital within the JMO Forum to share ideas and ensure junior doctors’ interests are represented in projects related to education and training, accreditation and junior doctor wellbeing.
I will also feed back any ideas/projects within the JMO Forum to national committees and professional bodies such as Confederation of Postgraduate Medical Education Councils (CPMEC).
We are constantly striving to improve the current JMO environment in the JMO Forum. So if there is an issue within the current system that you believe needs improvement, let us work together to see if there is a solution. I would be delighted to hear any feedback/ideas/suggestions you may have to so please do not hesitate to contact the JMO forum on: jmoforum.vic@gmail.com
