The Women in Leadership course provided a different perspective on being a woman leader from all other courses I have attended. Over the 3 days we explored our own strengths and the opportunities that we have to influence and change our teams and our organisation for the better. It was empowering to be in a room with so many inspiring women, to share our experiences and learn from each other. In such a safe and supportive environment we had the chance to challenge ourselves, our preconceptions of self and our environment and to be open to personal growth. I would highly recommend the course.
