Clinical Leadership Course for Senior Medical Staff

This course is designed to provide senior clinicians with the appropriate leadership and management skills to work effectively in their role at Monash Health. It aims to equip senior medical staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to undertake a range of clinical leadership roles and responsibilities and to help them manage the day-to-day operations of their units.
